Ummm...yeah well thanks for that amplifcation. I think we are on the same page. The weinie reference is to the defense's weak reply to DM's motion. Not their apparent mesmerization of Watanabe regarding the initial ruling.

I agree that ultimately DM's careful argument will be the basis for appeal should it come to that but let's hope not.
