It would be better for all if they would wait (on the conference call and/or the ASM) until a Markman decision is made.

That's the key to much of the future and along with the topics that have been mentioned; new patents, new technology group/products, strategies to bring micro cap funds into the equation and possibly group 3 lawsuits filed.

Then hold a conference call with details on each element and initiate follow up PRs to the investment community.

With this information along with operational strategies, the annual shareholders meeting could be held later, but only when major events would have an impact on the business. I'm more interested in realistic guidance every quarter and greater transparency.
