Agreed, yet disappointed it was put off again, but we should learn something with the Mar conf call.

The ruling is the key to our future short term, then the re-exam down the road maybe 2+ years.

Can't think of it any other way at this point IMO.

Maybe some will settle before the ruling, but if not and it goes our way, bingo...
