I can't help but wonder if these new patents will be utilized in something immediatly and be part of the elements.
I have thought exactly the same thing (and stated as much previously). Hence, the patent application may be dependent upon the announcement of business developments; lest they tip their hand. You'll recall RP saying something like: "We cannot hint at what these new developments are without revealing them". I would sure like us to be right about this. At the same time, given the fluidity of such business arrangements (whatever they may be), I have begun to think that we may not hear about new patents/developments until next year. I would sure like to be wrong about that.
IMO they could also relate to some of the attributes which they claimed/described that the upraded eVU would be able to do.
I think the new patents are NOT part of the upgraded eVU and I believe we've been told this, although I forget the exact reference.
