First filing Vivatar (bankrupt ) Dm wanted to take them to the markman

Change plans second filing , Texas 7 settle all get some cash

Third filing denver 19 , Settle with 18 of the 19 and take SAKAR ( VIVATAR )

all the way to markman , Which in the beginning was they're first choice

for the mark ?
