Here I go taking a chance in posting without reading those that follow your`s (that move has bitten me few times! LOL).

Anyway, I guess I honestly don`t have much to offer in the way of a constructive action that would actually influence the company`s behavior. They are gonna do what they`re gonna do.... They have the inside scoop and control of the situation to the extent that it can be controlled. It all falls to an issue of faith that they will do the right thing.

My faith in the company is based on the (what I believe to be) fact that they have an earnest interest in success. Success for them equals success for us. Of course I mean success beyond their mere receipt of paychecks. I mean real success....

But, to perhaps better respond to your post, you`re right - it is easy to sit back and criticize suggested actions that IMO would not be constructive. I mean, I applaud the interest in doing something and believe your heart is in the right place, but what I`m seeing are suggestions that are for either futile efforts, or efforts, well intentioned as they may be, that would probably, ultimately, be detrimental. Why make the (our) situation worse? That`s where the criticism is coming from.

With regard to your suggested action to ``force`` the company to get majority shareholder approval for every contemplated action/use of resources, I think it would be a business killer. I`ll put it this way: IF such a thing were imposed on the company, I`d sell my entire position in a heartbeat.

These things are JMHO....
