Script??? What script??? This is an informal discussion with many points being made by multiple posters. Each of us may focus on different points in response to someone else`s point.
EDIG opted to not go publicly to its investor pool at large to raise the necessary capital. At the time, as I recall, ``friendly`` investors were getting shares at .19 and many other price points north and south.
Today it traded around .12.
Thank goodness they are still friendly.
