I am guessing it has more to do with whoever that company was that approached EDIG without having been sued, with regards to licensing the technology, back late last year. EDIG made the point to tell us in a PR of that happening, then months later they began referencing the deal and most recently, the rapid developments.

I don't know who it might be but if I had to put a name on it, it would be INTEL. There is history there.
