    • Allen Cocumelli has served on e.Digital's Board of Directors since 1999. Mr. Cocumelli currently serves as chief operating officer and general counsel for Simple Network Communications, Inc. (SimpleNet), a subsidiary of broadcast.com, which was acquired by Yahoo! Inc. in 1999. Allen Cocumelli has served as Simple Network's corporate counsel since its inception in 1996, and joined their management team in 1997. Mr. Cocumelli's background also includes seven years at Intel Corporation as a manager in the Components Manufacturing Group and as director of corporate training and development. His activities at Intel included the start-up of four manufacturing facilities, the implementation of a corporate-wide training development system and management responsibility for over 300 employees in four domestic and overseas locations. Mr. Cocumelli holds a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from UCLA and a law degree from Thomas Jefferson University in San Diego, California.
