Wishful thinking as is Microsoft. When it is stated that Apple is in the cross hairs of DM, which is hype since we don't have any facts to support that comment.

We all hope and there are indicators/similarities that both Apple and Microsoft may be a target, but much later as they more than likely will put up a difficult and complex fight.

As has been implied by edig, the Markman ruling will impact future decisions and the timeline of the entire patent process. Let's not forget that DM controls who and how many lawsuits are filed in addition to when and where.
