This afternoon, the mail included the proxy package. It came from Schwab, the broker I use.

I see that considerable discussion on the various items has taken place, but haven`t come to any definite conclusion on #2.

A NO on #3(compensation plan), they need to show some profits before any increases in their compensation is justified.

Also a NO on Renee for the BOD, as I don`t feel she can contribute to the success of the company. What qualifications does she bring to direct this company into the future?

A YES on #4.

Back to #2, I would like to vote YES on #2, but would like to see any future shares issued offered to the present shareholders first, before any of the investment groups used to date. I know this cannot happen, but it should be brought up at the shareholders meeting and the management should support this concept.

I hope all of you that attend the SHM, let them know that some of us are tired of the terms ``expect and soon`` and substantial disparity in revenues as communicated in previous quarterly guidance, (in the PR dated 12/22/04 for quarter 4.)

My opinion on the issues, so don`t throw stones.
