Message: "...and the expected timing of material events"

I see a tremendous difference between now and the past.

Things are happening, I should say many things are happening that should increase the share value and allow edig to move into the future with new strategies, products, patents, etc.

I don't see any smoke, I see great things happening in the future, perhaps in 4 months after the Markman, perhaps in a year when added strategies are sorted out, but my level of satisfaction and excitement happens when the events are realized.

Another way to put it: I have a glass half full of water, I'm in the desert and need a full glass to survive, a stranger states that he will give me the remaining water to fill my glass soon.

I'll survive when I get the other half, until then, I am in a tenuous position, the excitement comes when I have a full glass of water.

Don't get me wrong, I like what I see, but the acid test is still the end result, that's when I will sit back and applaud the actions presented thus far.

We just see things different, in business, I was never satisfied until the project or task was completed. Plans, goals, actions, responsibilities all were assigned with time lines, only when completed were we collectively satisfied.

When we went to the investment community with quarterly and annual numbers, we realized success when we achieved those numbers, not when we announced the numbers.

Same applies to edig and all of their statements.
