Yes, but don't you see quite a difference when they speak to material events, new technologies/patents, and tie them to significant new investor interest in a given time frame?
And this, all on top of DM going to the Markman, all prior to a shareholders meeting?
Exciting? Well beyond, imo.
If the company was blowing smoke it would seem to me they would have their meeting in November, as most expected, and not have to face the music for another year.
This go round they will be front and center almost immediately after they raised expectations.
My guess is that this deal was very real in February and is about to surface. There is something to this and considering they have settlement agreements already with several companies, some bearing royalty agreements, anything can happen.
Nunally is not in the picture for no reason.
Well, we have been given our "heads up" and the given time frame and hopefully one day we wake up to a whole new ballgame.
In the meantime, DM is marching towards the Markman, burying them in discovery, and on that front alone, the company could be transformed dramatically.
