That is basically what I see we are chasing currently....

Now....considering the removal test situation.... if you take that card as noted above having a logical format as opposed the the normally associated FTL(flash translation layer) interface to virtual format(PC type format) , .....if you plug that into a PC and the PC can read it.... then we have a whole different matter of infringing circumstances.

In that event there is more involved than a CE manufacturer and their outsource vendor.
