IMO, whatever is discuss here on this forum regarding edig vs 16 markman issue is and has been dealt with the legal teams of both sides.

Not only are their very bright minds representing both sides but I am sure that they also contact any specialist needed for any aspect of the patent infringement.

Most importantly is how the judge is feeling that day and what influences his decisions.

I would very much doubt any of us will come up with any type info., strategy etc. that has not been thought of.

Just my opinion.
