RE: 2nd app.
It took 3 years for the examiner to get his references together....when Fred finally got something I figure he was some what excited.
And lets not forget the first app.....it was filed September 9, 2004...published...March 9, 2006 where the examiners process took until May 2008 for the non-final issued or a two year process form the publish date.
There was a bunch in the pipe for the examiner to rely on yet it still took the three years on the second app. If you compare the reference list of the first app. it's pretty much the same as the second app.
What a shame to wast all this time in this day an age.
