The non-final rejection was the same way....all 1-34 claims.
They can get six or more months out of it....
My concern is the "Final"....and if they are still up to the task.
Can they tweak the verbiage to get this thing? The new problems lie in the underlines... one would have to make comparisons to the prior non- final to see what they have gotten through. The references are still the same as the last.
