While I appreciate your interesting ideas,I`m not sure they will happen.

The first thing that comes to mind is that if they(wencor) want half of EDIGTAL, they gotta talk to Woody!

He being an inventor/dreamer/ its not likely for HIM to give up control of this baby(edig).I dont believe that he is only motoviated by money. From what I`ve seen and heard of Woody it seems his pleasure would come from the thrill of having another successful ``WOODY IDEA`` on the market.

Also Im now suspect of Brent Woods. While his aggressive nature would be good for EDIG and any increase in the PPS good for its shareholders, all of a sudden I dont trust him.

I remember at the time of Wencors take over of APS, he remarked about this deal being a Win-Win situation for all concerned, EDIG included. Now it seems that He needs total Control for some reason.

Do you think he has a right to a major ownership in EDIG for .19 cents a share. If we sell him half the company how long will it be before he wants the whole company?

Is he willing to give us(edig) half of APS/WENCOR/IMS.

If the only way we can get his IFE business is to give him half our company.......
