So when asked this week, Wencor will not say if e.Digital is involved with the digesystem. They answered ``no comment.``

Why no comment?

Some ideas:

1) they have not yet decided; or

2) they have made a decision, but are not ready to reveal it

Regarding (1) - I guess that would mean we are still in the running.

Regarding (2), there are two cases.

a) e.Digital is not involved

b) e.Digital is involved

If the truth is 2a, why wouldn`t Wencor just say so? The IMS purchase is over and I do not see a reason for any continued secrecy.

So I favor 2b over to 2a. Why delay the announcement? Would such an announcement impact a take over/merger price?
