I wouldn't worry about it; these royality bearing entities can just as easily spark a new product line with us one-day based on new new 'encription patent' just as the cross-licensors can; causiing royaties way beyond patent expitations.

I'm just trying to figure out how future infriengers will be effected if the new patent is based on MOS.
