How much more valuable is EDIG now that their tech is being licensed and now yielding royalties?
It doesn't get much more "valid" than being granted royalties.
For DM to be orchestrating and structuring such deals, they obviously see it to their advantage to be participating in royalty bearing agreements...versus a lump sum agreement, that is. The quick hit round is over...it served to get EDIG out of debt and profitable. They apparently are raising that bar.
DM was a great move for EDIG...and in a sense are a sort of management team for the company....and one of the key elements that fund managers consider is the management team.
