Judge WANTANABE in colorado essentially slapped the hands of the attorneys by summarility dismissing thei MOTIONS and appointing a MASTER. In essense he said I will not put up with this silly gamamanship. Now hear this kids. Here is the time line and I am giving you till 3/26/2010 to shape up or ship out. And if you want someone to hold your hand I am appointing a MASTER by then to tell you what to do...

This judgment by the Judge essentially played into DM hand and the pressure is on defendants to decide if they want to "settle" before that date or hire attorneys and go all the way...

I would say look for few settlements to happen this month...
