You may have gotten got caught up in RP speak like I did. When I have inquired over the past months concerning additional shares being issued and it`s effect on the company in regard to the .19 floor, RP stated that the company had ``no intention`` of doing that. I took this to mean that the company was not going to seek authorization of additional shares anytime ``soon``.Hate that word!

Anyway, upon reading the filing I sent off an email to RP and in response he stated his previous response about additional shares was in relation to additional shares only sold below the .19 floor, not additional shares being sold in general. That was not my understanding of the conversation, and he apologized for any confusion. Guess I am just getting old. lol
