Some how, I felt the judge in dealing with the 27. Panasonic Corporation... extension issue, was sending a message.

The court has yet to respond to the 8. HTC Corporation.extension issue as he did the above, or attend to the deadline issue regarding the last two entities not in play.....

"Ordered: On or before 1/29/2010, plaintiff shall either obtain waivers of service on all unserved defendants or begin service through Hague Convention procedures of foreign entities."

Or, the issues have played out and they're not filing pacers for the actions.
