...since 02/02/10 but there are a lot of answers to EDIG's complaint due by 2/15/10. Since that's a federal holiday, we may see them this week. Also the 10Q is due by the 15th and we may get some settlement PR's around the same time. Didn't RP say there would be some surprises with the CO 19 case?
