Dis..Your comment on a Nano second caught my attention...now I am aware that a couple of others here will know this...you should as an EE.....

I would invest in precession time..picoseconds...and I am sure it can go lower....look at a micron and see how many times smaller you can go....that is why they invented wine to get rid of the headache.
