It's coming though; may be after tomorrow when we are to see APPLE Tablet?...

The facts as best I recall are:...

1) Apple started with using the Portal Player Chips in its I-Pod when they started it.

2) Portal Player was a "PARTNER" with EDIG at the time and used EDIG tech. on its chips...

3) As I-Pod became a Phenom. Jobs needed more chips and started buying his supplies from SanDisk also, who was another "Partner" of EDIG...

4) Apple started disecting the chips they used and applied for Patents of their OWN relating to usage of FLASH and cited EDIG as "PRIOR ART"...

There is an APPELLATE DECISION which stands for the proposition that if one permits others to use their tech and sell it to their customers, then the "Customers" can not be sued for infringement of the technology...

Although the language by the supreme Court is "Case Specific", (meaning more related to the facts of that case", a broader interpretation of the language could mean that if indeed Apple spliced EDIG tech to their own in created the Apple Patents, they would be immunized from any claims made by EDIG for infringment of their patents...

This, will for sure go up to the Supreme Court for clarification...

All this means that ir will be a while before we see Apple sued for infirngment. DM and EDIG have to be ready, because Jobs is ready by having a 2 Billion cash stashed away to fight/or buy out his peace...
