5 was the number mentioned at the SHM and Woverine may have been 1 of them on Dec 10th.
If I understand the pacer info correctly, many responses are expected by 2/15, so would the next step be a "stay" and a settlement follow in 30 days or less?
Not clear on how this works?
If I am stating this correctly, mid-Mar could be a busy time.
