A beautiful thing would be to get the PPS back over .20 BEFORE any PR efforts surface, don't you think ?

With so much of the risk eliminated this past year and evidence of increasing revenues and profits actually the state of the union, I think newbies should enter at higher levels...not that I'm biased or anything...lol.
