Now imagine, in your scenario, that you are flat broke. If you don't win it is a catatrophe, perhaps bankruptcy. Maybe you even have a lawsuit against you, from someone else, and if you have no money you can't continue to fight that one.

In those circumstances how could you not consider a settlement a WIN?!

Each settlement brings EDIG closer to the financial stability they need to pursue the big bucks in court. They are not in that position, yet.
