My question was: Since we have only until 2014 to file the remaining 148 lawsuits, Is DM planning to accelerate their activities towards this end? Are they going to file more lawsuits even this year? RP said yes to both questions and also that they plan to file all lawsuits in time. Note also that if some firm has violated the patents prior to their expiration, it can still be subject to the same lawsuits even after their expiration. I hope this answers your question.
