It's as good as I expected based on management comments that we would be going after low hanging fruit first to fill our coffers. My "hope" is that tier two cases come to fruition. Regarding the pace and amount of settlements to this point management has been pretty accurate, hopes and speculations on this site have been interesting and thought provoking but have not turned me into a coolaid drinking lemming.
