Yeah, I've been wondering the same thing. Once upon a time they mentioned the device as a way to deliver the movies for the accademy award nominations. Encripted, secure, all loaded in one package, to the many accademy members that vote each year. I suspect they have other things in mind but your observation does make one wonder what markets they're designing the device for. Likelyhood is we won't know until they have all their ducks in a row.
