Had DM not stepped up with the next round of 19, (did I say 19?), then this SAMSUNG settlement might have been a bit more nervous time. Of course the higher the better for SAMSUNG settlement, but now the course is clearly drawn.

EDIG scores another settlement, will also be reporting eVU sales/service numbers, though likely modest, and will be off an running through the rest of fiscal Q3 and Q4.

If they can't land another settlement before March 31st then fiscal 2011 will be really BIG.
