Low hanging fruit does not mean the biggest and the sweetest, just easy pickens.
I agree with Coyote, doni and others, that these 19 with only 774 involved, are still Tier One, and still low hanging fruit.
The biggest and sweetest APPLES, oranges and grapefruit are at the top of the tree.
