That's my point and why it made me curious.
a) Samsung obtained a license, Flash-R etc.
b) EDIG obtained certain Samsung patents.
c) Samsung ALSO paid a 1 time fee.
The other 6 just say cross license agreement and 1 time fee.
Again, this is just discussion, and I assume EDIG's general counsel has to read and approve each PR, or maybe DM in the case of the 7 settlements (?) but Samsung is definately different.
I'll leave it at that.
