I agree that proxy material must go out to all share holders of record, and that data collected prior to the meeting, but at each SHM I have attended, RP asks if anyone in attendance has not voted, and if they care to do so, it is their last chance.

At last years meeting, and all others I have attended (I think 5?) there were 2 Men who had not voted, forms were passed back to them, and after RP collected them, he then announced the official acceptance of each item, and recorded the passing...I.E. that day, issuing 50Mln more shares. The voting/proxy voting is not official until the meeting is called to order and they step thru all the SEC required language...of course you and most everyone knows this anyway.

Basically, anyone who votes at the mtg itself is meaningless.

I read some where there can be a lessor time frame than 45 days for an "emergency vote" such as 15 - 30 days notice, I will try and find it again???

I am not real clear on this, and glad you brought it up.
