And I have said that I found your guesstimate reasonable...but consider, SAMSUNG knowing what SAMSUNG now knows regarding their exposure in the face of a Markman hearing....and they don't like to lose....let alone lose big. A settlement indicates they opted to have some control over the outcome as opposed to leaving it in the hands of a jury.

Should be interesting...hopefully as much so as the digecor outcome.
