When I visited RP 9/17/09, and asked if there would be a SHM announcement soon, his reply was "yes, this calendar year" then my follow-up expressed an opinion that many people on Agora from out of town said they were coming in this time, and this room only holds about 50, so how about a hotel mtg room nearby, and he stated "there are larger rooms available right here in our complex, and we have plenty of parking."

Simple...state it's at their office, then have a sign to walk to the actual mtg place.

There are buildings within a 60 second walk from there front door.

I'll bet it will be in a larger rented room...
