EDIG is suing SAMSUNG for many of the reasons you state. They have come to recognize their infringement, thanks to EDIG's management forcing the issue. Too bad it had to come to this, but at least we have been able to quantify the market potential by evaluating their product sales numbers.
EDIG's time is now.
Shortly it will be time to look to the next infringer....as there are so many yet to be notified.
