I have not caught up reading the posts yet, but to offer an opinion/observation, none of this matters.

Samsung offered Sandisk $26/share cash last Sept...done deal and rejected by their BOD.

Give EDIG anything far less than that and bring me the proxy vote, and I/we are out of this deal...CAPICHE??
