Correct, let's say they decide the value of the buy out is worth 1 billion dollars, U.S.
Outstand shares equals 300 million, an example.
Share price equals $3.33, 1 billion divided by 300 million.
There may be special conditions relating to a buy out, such as additional value/shares like the present DM agreement, options, etc., that would impact the final transaction.
