Let's assume the Samsung settlement is $100M. Edig gets $60M after DM's cut. 1/3 of settlement is used to buy back outstanding shares to reduce outstanding shares and to "bank" in reserve. Open market acquisition average cost of $0.40/share (approx. 50M shares) reducing Edig outstanding shares to 230M. Samsung initiates usage of MOS in encrypted platforms... per emit. This would allow studios to have another means of film distriblution all "powered by E-digital technology". Would this start the ball rolling to make E-digital technology more attractive to all C.E. companies?
