They were being sued and just settled the case with EDIG, and they are working the details to be anounced by September 18th, 2009, (or I should say file with the Court.)...

Ane, oh my, what a details they have worked out so far!?

Clue 1.

Their attorneys are downsizing, and probably will move over to DM...

Clue 2.

They dropped the take over of Sandisk...(heck who needs Sandisk who is using EDIG tech on its disks and selling them to the world?

They will buy EDIG and kill several birds with the same amount of money SanDisk was asking, and then, like the MAN said), sue the beggibees out of SanDisk...

They are the biggest FLASH CHIP producers already and can shut SanDisk down if they so choose.
