I am fully anticipating larger and larger settlements. I am not waiting for a 10 year scenario to unfold, but I do think it will take several years to before we know how big, BIG is.

So while I am not going to be disappointed with, say a $10-$20 million settlement, I will be all over SAMSUNG making this a game changing event.

Currently, both scenarios are in play.

After November 15th we can revisit the DM strategy.
