That would be amazing, and anything like that certainly would have an impact. But my sights are set lower and I will be quite happy with anything that is larger than the last settlement and/or that gives us the chance to beat last years numbers.

Ever consider that maybe the Samsung deal includes EDIG making either Nokia or Apple the Markman so SAMSUNG can keep on making phones with the idea that EDIG could force the others to stop production? That would be a shrewed move on SAMSUNG's part, and should require some big numbers to settle. Just another consideration to ponder...but if that is the back room deal, this settlement might surprise....you just never know.
