There are lots of ways the settlement could be more than $5M although (after reading everyone else's predictions) I still don't think it will be as much as $50M. However, I do agree that the share price will improve significantly during the next couple of months. It seems that the general economy is at least appearing to improve and with the expectations of a favorable result in the digEcor lawsuit, the ASM, and more filings to come, there are plenty of chances for the share price to move upward from here. A new 52-week high by Novemember does not seem unreasonable to me.
