Absolutely you are correct, lots of money over a 14 year period. I respectfully wanted to post the accurate numbers that were reported to the public...
7 @ 375 = 2.625 bln
7 @ 175 = 1.225 bln
Tot = 3.85 bln
And, in Sept-08 Sandisk turned down a buyout offer of 26/share for about 6 bln total. Sandisk's rejection letter stated 26/share was undervalued. This PR is posted too.
So, what are we worth to a potential buyer?
I see a post mentioning DM would rather EDIG not sell, as they would potentially lose their share of settlements due the buyer if they are not the chosen law firm...OK fine, but they cannot block a buyout...that's up to our BOD and share holder vote.
