IMO....Samsung will be out to protect turf, if the tech is viable enough.
There is no telling what is going on....however, that was my thought when LG settled. Where in the end, they did not settle for All patents foregin and domestic, but FlashR only.....with an Xlicense.
IMO, the real concern is for phone only....with the to do all apps. Where that puts a company like Casio, I have no idea. They're type do not seem to be a threat in the scheme of things. IMO, these are the types of companies they will settle with "full rights" small with.
