Yes, I was counting on the patents being able to be validated, as they were by Pat Nunally and DM, along with 6 settlements by some notable companies. Yes it was a speculative stance but it is occurring. The patents were the big attraction to me 10 years ago and my focus remains on them...and it was the patents that yielded the company's first annual profit in its history. As for pumping, I have been buying for 10 years and haven't sold a share since about 2000-01. What do you call what you have been doing?
